We streamline processes and guide organizations on how to manage costs by providing customized ERP and CRM systems
Skalable provides customized and scalable on premise and software-as-a-service solutions by seamlessly integrating ERP and CRM systems to fulfill organizations’ requirements. “Many of the users prefer CRM systems provided by Salesforce and Microsoft and these solutions can be made powerful by adding different functionalities,” points out Nelabhotla. “If the customers have a solid ERP, we complement it with CRM for their order to cash process.”
To shed light on one of Skalable’s customer success stories, an enzymes manufacturing biotech organization wanted to gain complete visibility on the costs involved in manufacturing enzymes. They approached Skalable looking for a solution that can help them know the future growth margins as well. Skalable tweaked their ERP system to find a unique solution that got the data from the manufacturing system and processed it to provide a streamlined, simple-to-understand translation of the data into financial terms. “We created a black box that gets the data from manufacturing and then provides them the outcome that actually goes into the customer’s financial system,” explains Nelabhotla.
Skalable’s skills and the speed at which it operates help them gain a competitive advantage over its competitors. “We work hand in hand with our clients and make them feel like we are a part of their team, steering them towards the successful path,” concludes Nelabhotla. “By the end of this quarter, Skalable plans to roll out a SaaS-based product.”
